Susanne Suhr Andersen is a special advisor/international advisor at the Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education. She is an experienced coordinator of Erasmus+ and Nordplus for higher education since 2013. Prior to that, she has been involved in university internationalization strategies for more than a decade as head of international relations at University College Sealand and at the Centre for Higher Education South in Denmark. Susanne has been a Bologna Expert and ECTS Coordinator from 2004 to 2009. Her commitment to the success of higher education mobility programmes started as early as 1995 when she worked as a coordinator with the Erasmus programme and from 2002 with the Nordplus programme.

Sara Wilén
is PhD student in Artistic Research in Music at MHM and teaches Improvisation and Communicative Preparedness. She has participated in the Nordplus project "Improvise to Improve" for a few times. At the start of the conference she will present her doctoral thesis (Singing in action - processes of vocal improvisation).

Eva Saether
is professor of Music Education at MHM and has been part of the GLOMAS programme. Eva will report from research concerning Intercultural Music Education and research on El Sistema. She will also lead the breakout groups.

Magnus Ekwall is a music teacher and project leader at Malmö Kulturskola. "Tvåornas kör" is a youth choir with school children, in year 2, from all schools in Malmö.

Pär Moberg is a lecturer in Ensemble/Folk music and History of Music at MHM. He is active as a musician and in the Nordtrad network. Pär has played with refuges and is active in immigrant matters.
