Every year since 1996, with support from Nordplus, the Network has organized an annual meeting conference for five days. This meeting fills a vital role in creating and maintaining contacts between the institutions both on teacher and student level, and for many of the students who have done exchange periods in other Nordic countries, the conference has been the first influence to start that train of thought. The conferences usually include concerts both by students and teachers, seminars, mixed ensemble workshops with students from different institutions, dance workshops, and most of all, spontaneous playing and dancing all night long.
