1. EASY - NEWS, FEARS, HOPES, PRACTICALITIES

Come to discuss the AEC EASY online application system with the Nordic colleagues! In this pre-seminar you can share best practices, discuss your fears and hopes for the system and hear about some improvements made to the EASY system over the summer. Colleagues from non-EASY using institutions are also warmly welcomed - if needed, there will be a short demonstration of the system.

2. NORDPLUS PRACTICALITIES

Beginners and professionals!
The funding is out there, but you are not sure how to get it – and how to get it right? What is the minimum length of express mobility? How is teacher mobility grant calculated? What possibilities does Nordplus funding offer? Or perhaps you are interested in setting up a subject specific network and want to know what it encompasses? We will walk through the preconditions for getting funding as well the regulations for filling grant agreements, calculating grants and administrating responsibilities. Come to this seminar and you will not need to redo any Nordplus paperwork!

3. NORDPLUS APPLICATION WRITING AND REPORTING

Despite their simple layout and straightforward questions, funding applications can still be very scary. Every application will be different depending on what type of funding body you approach and the kind of funding you are applying for. During the 90 minutes in Malmö we take a closer look at Nordplus application to give your institution an insight into the procedure of writing an application. We also take a look at the important report that follows with all approved applications.
