ANMA is a cooperation between the managements of more than 30 NordplusMusic member institutions and associate members. The Assembly is composed of one representative from each member institution. 

The Steering Group is responsible for strategic decision-making and coordination of the Assembly. The steering group consists of the elected Chairperson and one representative from each member country.

The Secretariat is responsible for the overall administration, accounting and the development of ANMA web profile.

The actions of ANMA are based on the approved Strategic Plan.
