How to apply?
Please check the website of your preferred host institution for info about submitting the applications! Several Nordplus institutions are sending and accepting exchange applications through the online application system EASY, some have their own online application systems or might request the documents by pdf.
When do I need to start planning my exchange?
Please contact the international relations coordinator of your institution about your exchange plans as soon as possible!
What do I need to submit?
In addition to filling out your personal information, study plan and audition repertoire, you can also upload supporting documents e.g. transcript of records and CV.
You can apply to 3 institutions.
How long can my exchange be?
The length of Nordplus exchange usually varies from one semester to one full academic year. The minimum length of stay is 1 month.
When should the application be ready?
Please check the application of deadline of your host institution
Will I get financial support?
Accepted students will get a monthly scholarship (200 EUR) and a travel grant (maximum amounts):
To and from Nordic/Baltic Countries: 330 EUR
To and from Iceland and Faroe Islands: 660 EUR
To and from Greenland: 1300 EUR
